Nicaragua is seeing a lot of new development that promises to bring some of the most affordable vacation real estate in Central America to the market.  The country is becoming increasingly popular among tourists from around the world.

One of the newest opportunities currently on the market in Nicaragua is an eco-friendly development offering plots of land for as little as $30,000 per lot.  This development, known as Las Fincas, is located just steps from the popular tourist town of San Juan del Sur.

This development will be one of the most ecologically responsible projects in the country, with restrictions that promise to maintain a natural feel to the property.   Lots range in size from 1.16 acres to 7.84 acres.  Prices range as high as 99,000.

Residents of Las Fincas all receive a solar powered electricity system as part of the purchase price of the land.  The development will not include any clubhouse, pools, or other additional amenities normally found in new vacation developments.  Rather, residents will enjoy a natural environment that is the perfect escape from the stresses of every day life.
